Get Started – 3 Step Process

this is what we need to do:
Step 1: Schedule a consultation.
Prior to this consultation ROCK will research your market, position and your opportunities and then we will create a CGS (Customized Growth Strategy). This CGS will outline a couple years worth of organization growth. We charge $230. Most people agree that, a documented strategy which clearly articulates a year’s worth of organizational growth is well worth a couple hundred dollar investment.

Step 2: Decide if its a good fit.
ROCK is very selective on which clients we take on. In the same way, I am sure you are selective on the consulting & marketing firms you hire—as you should be.
After the initial consultation and the development of the CGS, both you and we will be in a good position to decide if we want to work with each other LONG TERM. If we BOTH feel its a good fit, we will frame the structure of our partnership and move forward.

Step 3: Execute the CGS.
If we decide to work together long term and to implement the CGS, the first and most important thing will be to create a weekly meeting. We call this meeting a LEVEL 10 MEETING. In our weekly level 10 meeting will organize and manage the execution of the CGS. This meeting will become the most important meeting you have. It will forge the path of success and growth. It will ensure the focus and discipline to achieve the organizational goals and strategic objectives. It will produce the ideas needed to frame the solutions to any and all obstacles.
In some cases, the strategic goal is a short term project. For example some clients ask us to create a better and more effective website. In which case, SNAP will complete the project and after the approval of the client will close the project.
